INDIAN SARI Art Batts to Spin and Felt
INDIAN SARI Art Batts to Spin and Felt
19 in stock
My daughter created this beautiful new art batt colorway while visiting. It looks like this gorgeous Indian sari that my mom had and gave me many years ago. I photographed them together so you can see.
The colors are purples and blues with gold. It was made with merino wool, silky bamboo, and muga silk, which actually comes from just one region of India.
These luxury art batts are a real treat to spin. All of my art batts are soft, but these are especially soft thanks to all the lovely silk and bamboo in them. I use a special technique to keep the colors bright but also well blended.
