COLORWAY A few months ago I came up with a question: What would happen if I dyed one colorway on one side and a different colorway on the other side? This colorway is the answer to that question. It's a two-sided colorway if you will with Impressions of Autumn on one side and Sunset at Sea on the other. The idea is to use the colorway as a transition between the other two, although it is also delightful on its own.
YARN BASE I dyed it on my Buttery Soft DK base, which is made of 45% baby alpaca, 45% extra-soft 19.5 micron merino, and 10% silk, and it really lives up to its name!
Please note that this is NOT a superwash yarn. That means it can felt with agitation and changes in temperature, so it should be washed by hand in cool water. On the other hand, it can be fulled.

YARN PAIRINGS Autumn Sunset looks great with Impressions of Autumn and Sunset at Sea. It would also go well with Sunflower and The Winedark Sea.
