Monthly Sock Perfection Yarn Club - Inspired by Famous Paintings
Monthly Sock Perfection Yarn Club - Inspired by Famous Paintings
2 in stock
Create your own masterpiece with yarn inspired by famous paintings! Each month, I create a new colorway just for my club members, going chronologically through the various periods of art history.
I normally announce the painting that I'll be using to inspire the following month's colorway in my newsletter on the 3rd Friday of the month. Then around the middle of the following month, you will receive your yarn as well as a postcard of the painting with information about the painting and the artist.
You just have to subscribe once, and then you'll keep getting the next month's colorway for as long as you like. I make it easy to switch clubs, pause your subscription, or cancel altogether. Sign-ups and changes to your monthly subscription are due by the 1st of each month.
You can take a look a past months’ club colorways right here.
The club colorway will always be a variegated yarn, but you have options for adding a semi-solid as well.
This particular club is for Sock Perfection. It's a soft and smooth 4-ply yarn base that is great for everything, including socks. Sock Perfection has 80% superwash merino and 20% nylon and comes with 450 yards per skein.
You can choose to sign up for one or more skeins by selecting the quantity. If you select multiple skeins, they will all be dyed in the same colorway.
You can also choose to add a coordinating semi-solid 20 gram mini skein for cuffs, toes, and heels if you like. The base I use for the 20 gram minis has 25% nylon--perfect for the hardest wearing parts of the sock.
Alternatively, you can choose to add a coordinating semi-solid full-sized skein made from the same yarn. That's a great option for shawls and more.
